Ian Gary

Ian Gary is a senior policy, research, and advocacy professional with over 25 years of experience advocating for financial transparency and accountability reforms. He serves as Executive Director of The FACT (Financial Accountability and Corporate Transparency) Coalition, and Executive Director of the Fund for Constitutional Government. Ian has been a frequent commentator on anti-corruption and financial transparency issues in major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Bloomberg, PBS, AP, CNN, Financial Times, New York Times, The Economist, and other outlets. He has testified twice before the US Congress and given presentations at The Brookings Institute, European Parliament, World Bank, IMF, Royal Institute of International Affairs, United Nations, U.S. State Department and Oxford University, among other venues.
